Living on the Edge...

The newest development to create some buzz around Steamboat... The Edgemont... has begun taking priority reservations. Refundable reservations range from $5,000 to $10,000 and will begin the process of getting you that much closer to owning premier ski in/ski out property on Mt. Werner. This is the "pre-construction" sales process at it's finest.

With the first phase of sales planned to release this spring, reservations allow you to be in top contention to buy one of these units before they are all sold out. The reservations are refundable, but as sales manager Mark Murrell recently commented, reservations "separate the curious from the serious." Reservations also guarantee you pre-construction pricing and the best selection when it comes to ultimately choosing your unit (expected to happen in June or July, 2008.

The project itself is still an evolving creature. The exact number of total units to be built as well as unit configurations are yet to be finalized. Details are still being refined which is to be expected with a development of this stature.
