If you log on today and do a simple search for “Real Estate” you will find roughly 26,900 video postings. Headlines like Millionaire Real Estate Club, My Space Cash Secrets of Real Estate and Flipping Homes are just some of the topics you’re going to find. You can learn about investing in Ukraine real estate, the Panama City real estate debacle and hundreds of ways to “make money in real estate without ever leaving your home” (sounds like real estate for shut-ins if you ask me).
So what does all this have to do with me? Well, the reality with today’s information age is that the way people are finding out about properties and real estate for sale is changing. It’s no longer good enough to simply have a website and run a few print ads. The average buyer is more savvy than that and wants more than just a simply written description. They want photos, they want virtual tours, they want VIDEO!
